Description: Has cooling capacity of 425HP and is designed to retain crash bar on EP91 Glanza-V. GARRETT high density bar/plate core ensures maximum cooling efficiency with very low pressure drop (Less than 1psi). Type-S MINI kit offers big performance in a compact package!

Fitment Details EP82:

Fits EP82 bumper without cutting/trimming. a small area on the AC condenser fan housing (bottom edge) needs some minor trimming to allow the intercooler to sit as flush as possible.

Fitment Details EP91:

Minor trimming is required on the inner edge of the bumper to allow for intercooler clearance. a small area on the AC condenser fan housing (bottom edge) needs some minor trimming to allow the intercooler to sit as flush as possible.

It’s also important to note that EP82/91 A/C compressor lines vary slightly according to year of manufacture and region in which the vehicle was sold in. Hence in some cases, the A/C compressor lines would need to be moved out of the way slightly in order to fit the turbo-to-intercooler hot pipe.

Our FMIC kit can be made to be a direct fit to all of our manifold/turbo kits. Can be easily adapted to any other brand manifold/turbo kit. comes with universal 20mm blow off valve outlet. Installation of this kit requires some mechanical proficiency as this kit is designed to fit within an extremely confined space in order to retain AC. This kit also requires some welding of brackets to lower chassis cross member. Metal frame AC condenser fan that comes standard on some production model EP’s will not work with this kit. You will need to use the factory Toyota plastic fan or a aftermarket slim fan. fitment is made much simpler with a slim aftermarket condenser fan.
